A Relaxing Walk Along The Sea Wall Sleep Journey - With Music

This sleep journey is a little different than our previous ones, because we have included some gentle city sounds in addition to the nature sounds!  This one takes you on a peaceful walk along the seawall of a city.  Hear the sounds of nature and people around you, the smells of the ocean air, the warmth of the sun against your skin and the feeling of the soft grass beneath your body.  We invite you to embark on this relaxing journey with us and dive deep into a night of restorative sleep. 

Our sleep journeys are designed to creatively replicate the sounds, smells and sensations of the natural world.  Through your own visualization, you can help your body reach a parasympathetic nervous system state, making sleep come much easier.
