Collection of personal information by Baseline
As a visitor to this site or mobile application, you are able to enroll for guided meditations sponsored by Baseline, buy Baseline products, join the Baseline community, or request informative products, such as a newsletter. Unless otherwise noted, you will need to register and provide certain personally identifiable information and other information about yourself, such as your first and last name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Baseline collects and processes personal information to enable it to authenticate Baseline members, to allow Baseline members or prospective members to enroll in programs and courses, to allow existing Baseline members to access the appropriate areas of the website and mobile application, and to facilitate the purchase of products. When you register as a Baseline member, you will be asked to provide certain personal information that will be stored in a profile maintained for you. New or existing Baseline members who enroll for guided meditations, as well as new or existing members who purchase products, will be asked to provide their name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and company, as well as current credit or debit card information.
General disclosure of personal Information by Baseline
In general Baseline will only disclose your personal information to authorized agents or representatives of Baseline, and course instructors for the purposes of providing the product or services which you have purchased. In general, and unless otherwise authorized by your use of Baseline services, Baseline will not disclose your personal information to Baseline members or to third parties. Baseline may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Baseline, or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Baseline members or the public.

You can always add, update, or make changes to the information in your Baseline profile.

Follow the steps below to delete your data:
1 - Login to the app and access your profile
2 - In your profile, click "Edit my Profile"
3 - Click the button "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in red
4 - Accept the popup.
Non-personally identifiable information that we collect
Baseline automatically collects certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of the site and mobile application, including the type of Internet browser, computer operating system used, mobile device used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, your “click path” through the site or “click-through” from an email, the website or advertisement that was linked to or from this site when you visited, and your IP address.
