Do you ever find yourself feeling holding anger? Comment which situations anger you the most and we’ll do our best to create a meditation for that specific situation.

When we perceive someone’s intentions or words as rude, malicious or inconsiderate, sometimes we can begin to feel our bodies changing. Anger bubbling to the surface through increased heart rate, shaking and/or a variety of emotions surfacing.  Feeling anger, tense and all of the emotions and sensations that it encompasses is completely normal. It is important for us to feel through every part of it, but most importantly to let it flow through us after we have processed.  When anger becomes stuck within our bodies, that is when it begins to effect our health and mind quite negatively.

We have created this meditation to help guide you through your experiences with anger following traumatic situations or just uncomfortable interactions. While you may be looking to control anger, it’s important to understand that emotions are dynamic and it’s better to just let go and release the anger.  Through a Combination of healing words, the power of breath and intentionally honouring and holding a safe space for anything that needs to surface, this guided meditation can provide you with relief, peace and clarity.
