Meditation for Dealing With Grief, Loss, Sadness
All we ever have, is this present moment. It is asking us to fully surrender into it. To surrender into the darkness. Into the pain. For how would we fully understand happiness without its polarity? Casting a shadow or repressing our pain can become detrimental because it is within the darkness that we grow. It is within the darkness that we transform, rise and heal. Healing not only ourselves, but the generations to come. Navigating difficult times inevitably creates a type of strength and resilience and wisdom that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
Through grief and darkness, always remember that the emotions and sensations are temporary. They will pass. Each day becoming lighter, just slightly easier, than the day before. Your grief is asking you, to stay vulnerable, to stay open, to meet it all head on as it allows your body to release. With each tear, with each movement, with each scream, always releasing. Creating the space for healing.
